ENCHILADAS 
1 lb. ground meat
Salt, pepper, garlic powder & light chili powder
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 onion, finely chopped
1 lb. mild Cheddar, grated
1 lg. can Wolf brand chili

Simmer meat and seasonings 20 minutes in skillet. Steam tortillas; place meat, onion and cheese in tortilla. Roll. Place in greased 8 x 12 inch metal pan. Sprinkle cheese and warmed chili over the top. Bake 20 minutes in 350 degree oven.
