PEA SALAD 
1 (2 1/2 lb.) bag peas, thawed
Chopped broccoli
Chopped cauliflower
Chopped onion
Chopped red and green bell pepper
Chopped celery
2 c. sour cream
3 c. buttermilk dressing or Ranch dressing mixed together

Pour over vegetables. Stir occasionally let set for a couple hours before serving.
