POT DE CREME AU CHOCOLATE 
1 (4 oz.) box German's sweet chocolate
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. cream
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Whipped cream

In microwave: melt chocolate, sugar, and cream in 1 quart glass measuring cup. Cook 2 1/4 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until mixture is smooth and blended. Remove from oven. Slowly pour in egg yolks, stirring constantly. Blend in vanilla. Pour into demitasse cups. Chill. Garnish with whipped cream.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
