CREAMY CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 whole boned chicken breasts, skinned and split (8 pieces) you may use more if you like
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/4 c. white wine
Herb stuffing mix (crushed)
1/4 c. melted butter
Salt and pepper

Put chicken in lightly greased baking dish. Salt and pepper chicken, cover pieces with cheese. Combine wine and soup. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle stuffing, dribble melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
