CHICKEN PARMESAN 
2 lb. chicken breasts, deboned and halved
2 med. eggs, beaten
3/4 c. Italian seasoned bread crumb
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 (16 oz.) jar Ragu or Prego cooking sauce

Dip chicken in eggs and bread crumbs. Brown in oil. Layer chicken in casserole dish. Sprinkle with Mozzarella and 1/2 of Parmesan cheese. Pour Ragu sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
