CHERRY DELIGHT 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter, melted
11 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. whipped topping
1 can cherry pie filling
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Mix crumb and butter and press into 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 dish or pan. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and milk until smooth and spread over crust. Top with pecans. Fold sugar and marshmallows into whipped topping. Spoon over pecans. Combine cherry pie filling and vanilla. Pour over top and chill.
