LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 env. Italian spaghetti sauce
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 1/2 c. water
Salt
Lasagna noodles (about 7)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Chunk or shredded Parmesan cheese

Cook beef to brown. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Simmer 10 minutes. Cook and drain noodles. Cover bottom of dish with thin layer of sauce. Next use 5 noodles. Overlap them to cover the entire dish. Add sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese lightly over sauce, then more noodles, sauce and Parmesan cheese. Cover with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
