BREAST OF CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOMS 
2 whole chicken breasts
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. fine bread crumbs
Salt
Butter
Accent
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 lemon
6 lg. fresh mushrooms
Muenster cheese

Bone and skin chicken breasts. Cut in large strips. Season with Accent and salt. Immerse in eggs and let stand at least 1 1/2 hours. Remove and roll in crumbs. Brown in melted butter in a skillet. Place browned pieces in baking dish in single layer. Cover with sliced mushrooms and sliced cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Baste with chicken broth every 5-10 minutes.

Just before serving, squeeze lemon juice over the top.
