FRESH FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (17 oz.) roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. soft cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. orange juice
2 tsp. cornstarch
6 c. cut or sliced fresh fruit of your choice (strawberries, grapes, blueberries, peaches, kiwi, nectarines, bananas, pears, apples, etc.)

Pat cookie dough into 2 (12 inch) greased pizza pans (or 1 cookie sheet) to form crust. Press dough around rim of pans to form edge. Prick with fork and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and cool.

Spread one package of cream cheese over each crust. Arrange fruit over cheese in attractive pattern. In small saucepan, combine juice and cornstarch. Bring to boil and reduce heat. Simmer until thick and clear stirring constantly. Cool until warm. Spoon over fruit. Refrigerate until glaze is set. Cut into wedges to serve. Serves 20.
