PINEAPPLE CHEESE CAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 lg. can Dole crushed pineapple, drain well
2 (9") or 1 (13"x9"x2") graham cracker pie shell

Whip softened cream cheese and sugar together well. Fold in the whipped cream then the well drained pineapple. Spoon into pie shell. Chill about 2 hours.
