MICROWAVE FRUIT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. tapioca pudding
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple
1 (20 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (20 oz.) can peaches, chunked
2 lg. bananas, cut into chunks
1 jar maraschino cherries (opt.)

Drain juice from pineapple, mandarin oranges and peaches into large glass casserole. Add enough water to juice until it measures 3 cups. Add juice to both pudding mixes and microwave on High for 8 to 10 minutes or until bubbly and thick, stirring occasionally. Add drained fruits and bananas. You may also add other fruits if desired. Stir and chill.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
