MICROWAVE FRUIT SALAD | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. tapioca pudding 1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant) 1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple 1 (20 oz.) can mandarin oranges 1 (20 oz.) can peaches, chunked 2 lg. bananas, cut into chunks 1 jar maraschino cherries (opt.) Drain juice from pineapple, mandarin oranges and peaches into large glass casserole. Add enough water to juice until it measures 3 cups. Add juice to both pudding mixes and microwave on High for 8 to 10 minutes or until bubbly and thick, stirring occasionally. Add drained fruits and bananas. You may also add other fruits if desired. Stir and chill. |
