SUMMER VEGETABLE SOUP 
Whole tomatoes
Zucchini, sliced
Chicken broth
Yellow squash, sliced
Cauliflower
Broccoli, chopped
Carrots, sliced
Peas
Corn
Mushrooms, sliced
Rice
Garden seasonings
Salt and pepper

Simmer tomatoes and sliced zucchini in chicken broth. Add sliced yellow squash, cauliflower, chopped broccoli, sliced carrots, peas, corn, and sliced mushrooms. Season with garden seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add just enough rice to thicken soup. Simmer until rice is done.
