RECEPTION SALAD 
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
1 box lemon Jello (3 oz.)
2 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3/4 jar pimentos
2/3 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. finely cut celery
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped

Heat juice and water to make 2 cups liquid. Dissolve Jello into liquid. Chill until partially thick. Fold remaining ingredients into Jello. Let set.
