QUICK VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans tomato soup, undiluted 2 to 3 c. water 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables 1/4 tsp. pepper Combine beef and onion in a Dutch oven. Cook over medium heat until browned; stir to crumble meat. Drain. Return meat to Dutch oven; add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Yields 7 cups. |
