HOT CRAB DIP 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
4 tsp. confectioners' sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/3 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. sauterne wine (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion juice
2 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crab or 2 cans

Put all ingredients except crab in top of double boiler. Cook, stirring frequently, until blended and smooth. Add thawed, well-drained crab. Serve in chafing dish with mildly seasoned crackers.
