COPPER PENNIES 
1 c. carrots, sliced (2 med.-size)
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. water
1/8 tsp. salt

Cook carrots in 1/4 cup water until tender, about 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly. Cook for 3 minutes to blend flavors.
