KEY LIME PIE 
1 14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Mild
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup Key lime juice
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 container Cool Whip

Place all ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed for 15 minutes. Add carton of Cool Whip. Mix until blended. Put filling into either a graham cracker pie shell or into a butter crust shell. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.

Makes 1 pie.

Key lime juice (which is yellowish) may be purchased at several supermarkets. One good brand is Nellie and Joe's. Bottled lemon juice may be used, but pie has a different flavor.
