CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 1/4 c. Robin Hood flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. (2 sticks) butter (Mrs. Filberts)
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts (optional)
1 pkg. (12 oz.) Baker's semi-sweet real chocolate chips

Beat sugars, butter, vanilla and eggs until light and fluffy. Blend in flour, soda and salt. Blend real good. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
