CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW CUPS | |
3 c. miniature marshmallows 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1 c. crunchy peanut butter 1 stick butter 24 paper-lined muffin cups Place 4 marshmallows in each cup. Combine chocolate bits, peanut butter and butter in a 2 quart saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring often, until mixture is melted and smooth; remove from heat. Spoon chocolate mixture over marshmallows, using 3 to 4 tablespoons for each cup. Cover and refrigerate. Store in refrigerator. |
