MANICOTTI 
1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. butter
Spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano and grated Parmesan cheese

Brown beef and garlic. Drain fat. Mix next 4 ingredients in bowl. Stir in beef. Fill each manicotti shell with filling. (Pastry tubes work well for this). Place in baking dish, cover with sauce. Sprinkle oregano and Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Remove foil and bake another 20 minutes.
