WASSAIL 
6 c. apple cider
1 cinnamon stick
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. honey
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice

Heat cider and cinnamon stick in large pan. Bring to a boil and simmer covered for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered for another 5 minutes. Keep hot over low heat. Makes 16 cups.
