EASY CHESS PIE 
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. flour
1 tsp. meal
2 whole eggs
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. butter, melted or soft
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pastry shell

Sift the brown sugar and mix with the white sugar, flour and meal. Add unbeaten eggs and the milk. Beat until the sugar is almost dissolved. Stir in butter. Flavor with vinegar and vanilla. Pour into unbaked 9-inch pastry shell. Bake at 325 degrees about 25 minutes.
