APRICOT NECTAR CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
3/4 c. apricot nectar
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs

GLAZE:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. apricot nectar
1 stick butter

Cake: Mix dry ingredients, then add remaining ingredients. Bake in a greased tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. While cake is still hot pour glaze mixture over it.

Glaze: In a saucepan combine powdered sugar, apricot nectar and butter. Heat slowly until sugar lumps dissolve. Cool cake in pan until completely cool.
