BRUNSWICK STEW 
2 chickens
3 lbs. beef
2 lbs. pork
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. onions
4 c. lima beans
8 c. potatoes, diced
8 c. corn
1 gal. tomatoes
1/2 gal. broth

Salt and pepper to taste. Cook all meat and grind. Combine all ingredients in large kettle. Cook about 3 hours. Yields 10 quarts.
