EGGNOG PIE 
9" baked pie shell
1 env. (1 1/2 oz.) whipped topping mix
1 tsp. rum flavoring
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 c. vanilla pudding

Prepare topping mix as directed or package; stir in rum flavoring, nutmeg and ginger. Fold pudding into whipped topping. Pour into baked pie shell. Chill pie until set; at least 4 hours.
