DIP FOR CHIPS 
1 (32 oz.) can refried beans
1 lb. ground beef
1 (10 oz.) can RoTel
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. of chips

Step One: Fry ground beef; drain off grease. Step Two: Mix all ingredients in large pot until warm. Step Three: Place chips on plate. Step Four: Pour hot mixture over chips. Serve hot.
