1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 2 eggs 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix 1 can creamed corn 1 (8 oz.) dairy sour cream Melt butter. Beat eggs and add. Add all other ingredients. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes. |
