DRIED - BEEF DIP
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 lg. jar Armour dried beef, cut into sm. pieces 1 1/2 c. sour cream 1 med. diced onion 1 lg. diced green pepper Mix above ingredients and use Triscuits or salty crackers to dip. Or serve with veggies.

LOVE this recipe. I only suggest you wash the beef and pat dry before you cut it up. It is EXTREMELY salty and will make dip too salty as well.

If you buy the drief beef that is sold by weight at the meat counter in your grocery store it won't be near as salty.
