PEACH ROLLS 
1 qt. unsweetened peaches
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. shortening
13 x 9 x 2 pan
2 c. sugar
2 c. water
1 stick butter
1/3 c. milk

Mix all dry ingredients and milk in bowl. Roll out on floured board. Put peaches in center, spread out from one side to the other forming a line of peaches in the center. Roll up, cut into slices. Lay pinwheel shaped slices flat into pan where butter has been melted. Bring water and sugar to boil. Pour over peaches. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees until crust is brown, approximately 30-45 minutes.
