CHICKEN-BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 qt. milk
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. chicken broth
1 lb. cooked broccoli
1 1/2 c. chicken, cooked and cubed

Or 2 of either kind.

Melt butter in large saucepan. Add flour, stir and cook until golden, about 2 minutes. Add milk, a little at a time, then soups and broth. Finally add broccoli and chicken and heat thoroughly, but do not boil.
