RICE PILAF 
1 c. long grain white rice
1 c. broken vermicelli or thin spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
2 cans Swanson's chicken broth or 3 1/2 c. water & 4 bouillon cubes
Parsley

Brown vermicelli or spaghetti under broiler until medium brown. Boil broth. Add rice and vermicelli or spaghetti and butter. Stir and boil until it begins to thicken (3-4 minutes). Then turn to low, put lid on and let set 20 more minutes. Sprinkle parsley on top or stir in before serving.
