PANNEKOKAN (Baked Dutch Pancake) 
6 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

400 degree oven.

Beat all ingredients together. Melt about 3-4 tbsp. butter in bottom of 9x13 inch pan or large iron skillet until it sizzles. Pour batter on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until light brown and puffed. Top with butter and powdered sugar or cinnamon apple pie filling, or fresh fruits and whipped cream. Serves four for breakfast.
