SALMON BALLS 
1 can salmon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
A few drops Liquid Smoke to taste
Garlic salt to taste

Use a fork or food processor to mix together the salmon, cream cheese and liquid smoke. Form the mixture into a ball and roll in parsley. Refrigerate for several hours, preferably overnight. Remove from the refrigerator a half hour before serving. Serve with crackers.
