SIX COURSE DINNER 
2 c. thinly sliced raw potatoes
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. sliced onions
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 lb. hamburger
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed tomato soup
Salt & pepper

Place potatoes in 2 quart casserole. Place rice on top of potatoes, then onions and green pepper. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Crumble hamburger loosely over ingredients in casserole.

Pour tomato soup over all; also add 1 can of water and more salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours; uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
