SPINACH DIP 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup & recipe mix
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, chopped
3 green onions (scallions), chopped

Thaw frozen spinach and squeeze dry. Stir soup mix, sour cream and mayonnaise until blended. Stir in spinach, water chestnuts and green onions. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Stir before serving.

Makes 4 cups.

Serve with crackers or the very small pita pockets. Cut pita pockets in half and stuff with spinach dip before serving. You can also hollow out a large, uncut loaf of French bread and serve it in the hollowed loaf with crackers or the pieces of bread leftover from the hollowed loaf.
