BOILED EGG SALAD 
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 sm. can pineapple chunks, drained
1/4 head crisp lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
1/4 c. French dressing or 2 tbsp. salad dressing

Mix all ingredients together; toss. Add French dressing; mix well. Yields 4 servings.
