GLAZES FOR CHICKEN 
ORANGE GLAZE:

2 tbsp. slivered orange peel
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. ginger

APRICOT GLAZE:

1 env. onion soup mix
1/2 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. apricot preserves
1/2 bottle Russian dressing

Excellent for barbecued or baked chicken. If baking chicken; pour over chicken and bake, covered at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Then remove cover, baste and cook until chicken is done.
