CHOCOLATE PUDDING PIE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/3 cubes melted butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine above and mix well. Pat into 13"x9" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool.

LAYER 1:
11 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip

Mix with mixer and spread over crust.

LAYER 2:
2 lg. instant chocolate pudding mixes
4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat and spread over Layer 1. Chill and spread remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
