BEAN SPROUT SALAD 
1 lb. bean sprouts
3/4 c. sliced water chestnuts
3 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1 bunch green onions, sliced
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
1/4 c. reduced sodium soy sauce

In bowl, combine bean sprouts, water chestnuts, celery and green onions. Blend vinegar and soy sauce. Toss with vegetables. 41 calories.
