OATMEAL DROP COOKIES 
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1 c. softened butter
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk
1 c. raisins
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Sift dry ingredients together. Add oatmeal. Set aside. Cream butter, sugars, egg and vanilla. Add milk and half of dry ingredients. Mix well. Add remaining dry ingredients. Stir to moisten. Beat in raisins and nuts. Drop rounded teaspoon on greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes or until done. Makes 6 dozen.
