SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. spinach (fresh)
1 sm. can water chestnuts
1 orange (sectioned)
1 grapefruit (sectioned)
4 lbs. sliced fresh mushrooms
6 slices broiled bacon

DRESSING:

1/3 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine spinach, water chestnuts and refrigerate; then add cleaned citrus fruits to spinach mixture, then garnish with mushrooms and bacon, then top just before serving with dressing.
