STIR-FRIED VEGETABLES 
1 head Chinese cabbage
1 lg. onion
1 lg. green pepper
1 sm. eggplant, peeled
2 sm. zucchini
2 sm. yellow squash
Soy sauce or oriental sauce

Thinly slice all vegetables. In lightly oiled skillet, fry all vegetables until tender. Season with sauce as desired.
