PIQUANT SALAD DRESSING 
1/2 c. water
1 c. V-8 juice
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
2 dashes garlic salt
1 tsp. artificial sweetener
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. onion salt

In a small saucepan, cook water, V-8 juice and cornstarch on medium heat, stirring constantly until clear and thickened. Remove from heat and cook to lukewarm. Add remaining ingredients and beat with hand or electric mixer until smooth and well blended. Store covered in refrigerator. Shake well before each use. Makes 1 3/4 cups. Ten calories per tablespoon.
