1 c. crushed corn flakes
1 1/2 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
Ice cream (any flavor desired)
Honey
Cool Whip

Crush corn flakes in food processor until very fine. Add cinnamon and mix well. Dip ice cream into balls; place in freezer to harden. Then roll ice cream in corn flakes covering well. Place back in freezer until ready to serve.

To serve: Heat oil in Fry Daddy until about 400 degrees. Drop ice cream balls into hot oil; fry until ice cream starts to leak out. Remove and put in serving dish. Add a stream of honey to the top of the ice cream and a dollop of Cool Whip. Serve.
