PINEAPPLE CHEESEBALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 can crushed pineapple (sm.), drained
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. seasoned salt (I add more)
2 c. chopped pecans, divided

Combine first 5 ingredients. Add 1 cup pecans and mix well. Refrigerate. Shape into ball. Roll in remaining pecans. Chill!
