MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
3 c. corn bread mix (Old Time)
1 c. cream style corn
1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
4 Jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 1/2 c. sweet milk
3 tsp. sugar
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder

Mix all above ingredients and bake in greased pan 45 minutes at 475 degrees.
