CHICKEN BREAST WITH HONEY WINE
SAUCE
 
1 c. dry white wine
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 chicken breasts skinned, boned & cut into 2 inch chunks
1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. honey

In large bowl mix wine, soy sauce and garlic powder. Add the chicken pieces and coat well. Marinade 3 hours in refrigerator. Drain chicken and reserve the marinade. In a plate mix the flour, salt & pepper. Dredge the chicken, one piece at the time, in the flour mix. Fry chicken pieces until nice and brown. Add the honey to the marinade and pour over chicken. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until tender. Serve with rice.
