CHOP PICKLE 
4 c. cabbage
6 red peppers
12 green peppers
4 c. onions
4 c. green tomatoes
1/2 c. salt

Mix together and let stand overnight. Drain and rinse.

4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. tumeric
6 c. sugar
2 c. water

Mix these contents together and stir, heating until sugar melts. Pour over cabbage mixture and stir. Let come to a boil and boil for approximately 10 minutes. Put in hot, clean jars and seal.

Yield: approximately 7 pints.
