2 c. self rising flour
2 sticks butter, do not substitute, softened
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

With a spoon mix the flour and soft butter into dough. Stir in sour cream. Drop mixture into greased miniature muffin tins. Bake 10-12 minutes at 450 degrees.
