CHICKEN NUGGETS 
4 whole skinless, boned chicken breasts
1/2 c. unseasoned dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. basil
1/2 c. melted butter

If you buy split chicken, that's 8 pieces. (Turkey breast works well, too.)

Cut meat into bite-size nuggets. Combine bread crumbs and all seasonings. Dip nuggets into butter, then into crumb mixture. (You may find you need more of the crumb mixture. Just follow the above proportions.) Place in single layer on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
